All of that makes canton ohio a great place for weddings, if that’s what floats your boat!
The County also offers an abundance of hiking & biking opportunities, as well as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and tubing! Not to mention the county’s huge parks, quaint river towns, historic sites, premier shopping amenities, and award-winning vineyards! All of that combines to make Canton Ohio a great place to get married
Now, without further ado, here are a few of our favorite wedding venues in Canton, Oh
Gervasi Vinyard is a premier destination wedding venue to host the wedding of your dreams. Whether you’re a Canton local or are searching the country for the perfect venue, you and your guests will be in awe of the picturesque landscape including breathtaking views of the lush vineyards and sparkling lake. Gervasi Vinyard is actually made up of three wedding venues. The Pavilion
(300 guests), The Villa Grange (120 guests), and the Conservatory (40 guests).
The Pavilion is Gervasi Vineyard’s signature wedding venue. This exquisite open-air structure consists of stone and stucco and is nestled between the sparkling lake and lush vineyard. Stunning views provide the perfect backdrop for wedding photos and memories of your special day.
The Villa Grande exudes the warm, welcoming feel of a grand Tuscan home with an elegant ballroom perfect for wedding receptions of 60 to 120 guests. Small ceremonies of 50 guests or fewer may also be accommodated within the space. The adjacent patio—The Veranda—overlooks the surrounding Villas and provides a beautiful ceremony space for intimate outdoor weddings. The Villa is also an ideal venue for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and luncheons with out-of-town family and friends.
The Conservatory is an elegant greenhouse with a charming ambiance for smaller wedding ceremonies of 10-40 guests. Surrounded by flowers, shrubs, greenery and Tuscan architecture, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to Italy!
This former German-American Club Complex was recently renamed “The Vineyard at Waters Edge” as part of the reconstruction efforts made to the original site and buildings, and the construction of a new modern-rustic reception building. The original clubhouse building has venues for smaller special occasions in the 100 to 120 guest range.
To supplement the smaller reception opportunities of the existing Ballroom and Rathskeller that were originally built in 1931, we have recently completed construction on our new Great Hall. This is a barn-like structure with a 20+ ceiling height in the center that can support a guest list in the 350 guest range. It overlooks the pond and stream that runs through this 33-acre complex along with the vineyard we are currently establishing. We also offer an outdoor pavilion that was completely re-constructed in 2014. The Pavilion holds up to 400 guests.
