Information you provide

When you request availability, build a wedding experience, request a proposal, sign a contract, make a payment, use a planning account, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, event date and type, venue, guest count, service preferences, planning details, messages, contract records, payment status, uploaded documents, and other information you choose to provide.

Website analytics and attribution

If you accept optional analytics, our self-hosted Umami analytics records page views, approximate country, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, and interactions such as service, package, telephone, and form-submission clicks. Umami does not use cookies and anonymizes its standard analytics data.

With the same permission, this site stores a random visitor identifier in your browser along with first and most recent referral source, landing page, UTM campaign values, advertising click identifiers when present, and up to 20 pages visited. If you later submit an inquiry, this attribution record may be attached to it so we can understand how the inquiry reached us. Declining optional analytics prevents this storage and collection.

Email activity

Transactional and inquiry emails may be delivered through Brevo or another email provider. Those services may report delivery, bounce, complaint, link-click, and opening activity. Open reports can be affected by automated image loading or privacy features and do not always prove that a person read a message.

Payments and embedded services

Payment information is processed by payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe. We receive transaction details and payment status but do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on this website. Pages may also contain privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds; interacting with embedded content can send information to that provider under its own privacy terms.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, communications, payments, contracts, and business operations; with event personnel or vendors when needed to provide requested services; when you direct us to share it; or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries and events, maintain business, financial, contract, and legal records, resolve disputes, and protect our systems. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can accept or decline optional website analytics when prompted and change that choice at any time through Privacy Choices in the footer. Declining clears the site’s stored attribution record from that browser. You may also disable browser storage or use browser privacy controls.

You may opt out of promotional email using its unsubscribe option. You may withdraw optional SMS consent by replying STOP. Service and transaction messages may still be sent when necessary to respond to your request or manage an active event.

To ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal information, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when required for contracts, taxes, security, or other legal obligations.

Children

Our website is intended for adults arranging events and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the website without appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
