Schaefer Farms pairs a secluded wooded ceremony setting with a relaxed barn reception for up to 150 guests. Large barn doors connect the celebration to the courtyard, firepit and garden areas, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow throughout the evening.
Evening Star plans separate ceremony audio, reception sound and every important music cue before guests arrive. Your DJ and MC then works with the Schaefer Farms team and your vendors to guide introductions, speeches, special dances and the party without making the day feel rushed.

Yes. We can provide a separate ceremony sound system, wireless microphone and carefully timed music cues without moving the reception setup.

Absolutely. Our wireless LED uplights can be set to a color that complements your palette, then adjusted as the evening moves from dinner into dancing.
Will you coordinate with our venue and vendors?
Yes. Your DJ also serves as MC and works with the venue team, photographer and caterer to keep introductions, dances, speeches and formalities on schedule.
