Before your ceremony begins, we meet with your officiant to walk through the order of events and test the microphone — no surprises, no feedback, no missed cues.
From the first note of pre-ceremony music through the recessional, we time each selection so your Northeast Ohio ceremony flows as planned.

Do I need a separate ceremony sound system?
If your ceremony and reception are in different spaces (or outdoors), yes. A dedicated ceremony PA ensures your vows, readings and songs are heard clearly. Evening Star provides a complete ceremony system with a wireless officiant mic.
Can you play the specific songs we want?
Of course. You choose your processional, bride entrance, interlude and recessional songs, and we cue each one to the exact moment. We’ll also handle any special cultural or religious music you need.
Do you provide a microphone for the officiant?
Yes. We include a wireless microphone for your officiant and readers, and we test it with them before the ceremony so everything sounds clear with no feedback.
Is ceremony music included in your packages?
Ceremony music is included in our Classic ($1,000) and Premium ($1,200) wedding packages. It can be added to The Lite package when needed.
